A phone call is the first step.
Most first conversations take fifteen minutes. We will tell you honestly whether a box is the right answer.
- Who can call?
- The person going away, a family member, or the attorney's office. Planning can start with anyone. The renter is the one identified and the one who signs.
- What should I have ready?
- A rough list of what needs storing, the expected length of the absence, and the surrender date if there is one. We do not need case details and will not ask for them.
- Is there a form?
- Not yet. Call or email, and we reply within business hours, Monday to Friday.
