This website is published by Florida Intervault LLC. It gives general information about renting a private vault box. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and reading it does not create any relationship with an attorney or with us.

Renting a box is governed only by the written rental agreement you sign. Where this site and the agreement differ, the agreement governs.

Prices and discounts shown are the published rates when the page was written and may change. The rate that applies is the one in your agreement.

Statutes are cited with the date we checked them. Laws change. Confirm anything legal with your own attorney.

Florida Intervault honors valid warrants, subpoenas and court orders, identifies every renter and agent, and logs every visit. Nothing on this site offers or implies otherwise.
