Pricing
The longer the term, the less each year costs
Boxes run from $795 a year for the smallest to $12,500 for the largest, in eight sizes. A long sentence earns a lower annual rate.

Open questions on pricing
- Is a multi-year term paid up front?
- TODO_FACT: is the full term paid in full at the start? Paying the whole term at the start is what keeps a box from lapsing while the renter cannot pay.
- Do the discounts apply to every box size?
- TODO_FACT: do the 20% and 25% term discounts apply to all eight sizes?
- What if the renter comes home early?
- TODO_FACT: is unused prepaid rent refunded, credited, or kept?
- Which tier does a term of exactly 5 years fall in?
- TODO_FACT: 5-year term: 20% or 25%?
- Is insurance included?
- No. Contents insurance is arranged separately against a declared value, and Lloyd's of London coverage is available. Box contents are not FDIC insured anywhere, including at a bank.
